SkillSims let you step into a realistic scenario in which you can practice newly learned skills safely – before you put them to work in a real business situation. You will interact with other people and evaluate information presented through phone calls, e-mails, and via your coworkers. Just as in real life, you’ll dig for information, interpret clients’ concerns, and make choices and judgment calls that will have business consequences later on. You’ll use desktop tools, such as your PC, file folder, logs, SkillSoft course topics, and job aids. Work your way through several 5 to 10 minute interactions and then receive feedback on your choices. Practice in a safe but authentic environment when and where you need it.
